The City <br />received an application from William and Elizabeth Erhart for a conditional use permit to exceed <br />the detached accessory building height, and size restrictions established in City Code on the <br /> <br />Planning Commission/August 29, 2002 <br /> Page 4 of 23 <br /> <br />-249- <br /> <br /> <br />
