It should be <br />noted that these setbacks are applicable to any appurtenances of the structure such as decks or <br />patios. <br /> <br />Wetlands: The wetland located on the site will need to be delineated on the preliminary and <br />final plat and encumbered with a drainage and utility easement. The sketch'plan shows a building <br />and impacts to the wetland, which will require approval from the Lower Rum River Watershed <br />Management Organization. <br /> <br />Grading and Drainage: A detailed drainage and grading plan will be required at preliminary <br />plat. <br /> <br />-291- <br /> <br /> <br />
