-346- <br /> <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION # <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HIRING LORI LEA KINGSTON FOR HUMAN <br /> RESOURCE MANAGER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of June 11, 2002, City Council gave <br />authorization to fill a vacancy due to the resignation ofRhonda Heryla, Human Resource <br />Manager; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Kingston, with Council approval will begin work on <br /> ., 2002. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY 'OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the City Council of the City of Ramsey confirms the recommendation of the <br />Personnel Committee to hire Lori Kingston for the full-time Human Resource <br />Manager position. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />That Ms. Kingston will be compensated at a rate of with <br />three weeks of vacation and be required to complete a six-month probationary <br />period.
