Based on the project memorandum, the proposed improvements consist of <br />construction of a 4.7 acre multimodal facility to accommodate 168 parking spaces and express <br />bus service. In addition, we have an included an 8 foot bituminous trail from the railroad tracks <br />to County Road 116 on the west side.:bf Rmnsey Boulevard and from Sunwood Drive to County <br />Road 116 on the east side of Ramsey Boulevard. As requested, the proposed Project will include <br />the plans and specifications, surveying, project management, construction staking and <br />observation. We have prepared a preliminary opinion of cost for the construction of the project, <br />which is attached to this letter. <br /> <br />Based on our past experience and knowledge of the City and' project area, we are confident we <br />can provide high quality services at competitive prices.
