Goodrich, City Atto~'ney <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The City Council introduced an ordinance deleting Section 3.2 "Liaison Function" and <br />Subsection 3.2.1. "Precinct Liaison" from the City Charter, with the .exception that subsection <br />3.2.2. "Precinct Boundaries" shall NOT be deleted. <br /> <br />As stated in the case to introduce this ordinance, the City Council must adopt the ordinance <br />UNANIMOUSLY in order for a Charter amendment to take place. <br /> <br />This ordinance is now being presented for formal adoption. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> <br />Motion to adopt Ordinance #02-XX deleting Section 3.2 "Liaison Function" and Subsection <br />3.2.I "Precinct Liaison" from the City Charter, with the exception that subsection 3.2.2. <br />"Precinct Boundaries" shall NOT be 'i:teleted. <br /> <br />Reviewed by: <br /> <br />City Attorney <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />CC: 08/19/02 <br /> <br />-51- <br /> <br /> <br />
