-52- <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE #02- <br /> <br /> CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />AN AMENDMENT TO THE HOME RULE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 3 "COUNCIL PROCEDURES" OF THE <br />CITY CHARTER BY DELETING SECTION 3.2. ENTITLED "LIAISON FUNCTION" <br />AND SUBSECTION 3.2.2. <br /> <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY. <br /> <br />This ordinance is enacted pursuant to Minnesota Statutes §410.12, Subd. 7. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. REPEAL. <br /> <br />Section 3.2. "Liaison Function" and' Subsection 3.2.1. "Precinct Liaison" of the Home Rule <br />Charter are hereby repealed and deleted fi.om said Charter. Subsection 3.2.2. "Precinct <br />Boundaries" is NOT repealed and deleted. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />This Ordinance becomes effective 90 days after its passage and publication subject to the <br />provisions of Minnesota Statutes §410.
