City AdminiStrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> On July 23''d, 2002, the City Council received a citizen complaint regarding the <br />conduct of a City employee subject to the City Council's authority. Pursuant to Minn. <br />Stat. 13D. 05, Subd.2, City Council met in a closed session for preliminary consideration <br />of the allegations and charges on July 13th, 2002. During this session, a majority of City <br />Council concluded that the allegations were not cause for discipline of the employee. <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation: <br /> Staff is recommending adopting the attached resolution finding no discipline <br />regarding a city employee. <br /> <br />Council Action: <br /> Motion to adopt resolution finding no discipline regarding a ~ity employee. <br /> <br />Reviewed By: <br /> <br />City Attorney <br />Asst.
