-110- <br /> <br />Council consensus was reached to direct staff to schedule a Work Session on Monday, August 5, <br />2002, starting at 5:30 p.m. <br /> <br />2) Sunwood Drive Ribbon Cutting Ceremony <br /> <br />The Council noted the Sunwood Drive Ribbon Cutting Ceremony scheduled for Thursday, July <br />25, 2002 at 10:30 a.m. <br /> <br />3) Anoka County Right of Entry Agreement for Overlay of Sunfish Lake Boulevard <br /> <br />City Administrator Norman advised that Council action is being requested with regard to the <br />Anoka County Right of Entry Agreement for Sunfish Lake Boulevard so it should be considered <br />as a Case rather than as informational. <br /> <br />The Council concurred. <br /> <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS - continued <br /> <br />Case #12: Anoka County Right of Entry Agreement for Overlay of Sunfish Lake <br /> Boulex;ard <br /> <br />City Engineer Olson presented the draft Right of Entry Agreement for Sunfish Lake Boulevard. <br />He reviewed the previous discussion about the wetland and County project for an overlay to <br />complete their agreement to construct full right and left turning movements at this intersection. <br />The County is asking for a Right of Entry Agreement to complete that project and grade the road <br />to accommodate the shift of the intersection to the east to stay away from the wetland area. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Hendriksen, seconded by Councilmember Kurak, to approve the <br />Right of Entry for Sunfish Lake Boulevard with the addition of paragraph 3: "Anoka County <br />shall perform said work in a timely manner and return the Grantor's property to its original <br />condition except for the changes described in Exhibit A and the County shall assume all liability <br />for its use of this property during the term of this agreement." <br /> <br />Motion carried.
