I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I ORDINANCE #02-XX CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE VACATING CERTAIN DEDICATED STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY IN THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA. The City of Ramsey Ordains: SECTION 1. AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the Home Rule Charter of the City of Ramsey, Section 12.06 and Minnesota Statutes 412.851. SECTION 2. VACATION The following described dedicated road easements are hereby vacated, to-wit: Proposed 142ND Avenue N.W. Street Vacation Description That part of 142nd Avenue N.W. as dedicated and depicted on the recorded of GATEWAY NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: That part of said 142na Avenue N.W. lying westerly of the southerly extension of the east line of Lot 3, Block 2, said GATEWAY NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK and easterly of the southerly extension of the westerly line of said Lot 3 as dedicated and depicted on said recorded plat of GATEWAY NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This ordinance becomes effective thirty (30) days after its publication subject to the City Charter Section 5.07 but not prior to September 16, 2002. PASSED by the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota this the day of 2002.
