Council discussed the disparity issue. Deputy City Administrator Nelson noted another <br />worksession would be scheduled to continue the disparity issue at the end of November. <br />It was Council's consensus to move forward with the establishment of the TIF District. <br />2) Prima Water Park Concept Plan at 7550 Highway 10 NW <br />Associate Planner Gladhill reviewed staff's report. <br />The applicants presented the concept plan for a cable water sport system as well as answered <br />various questions from Council including the number of people being towed <br />It was Council's consensus that they liked the concept and believed it would be a big draw into <br />the City. <br />3) Consider Establishing a Ramsey Rail Station Committee <br />City Administrator Ulrich reviewed staff's report. <br />Councilmember Wise stated he was not in favor of establishing a Committee. <br />There was a consensus to proceed with the Committee with Mayor Ramsey, Councilmember <br />Elvig, and Councilmember Dehen. <br />It as Council's consensus to use Get on Board at Ramsey Station. <br />4) Discuss Winter Recreation Opportunities for The Draw <br />Parks Supervisor Riverblood reviewed staff's report. <br />It was Council's consensus that they liked the concept for skating and requested staff to look at <br />alternative temporary shelters. <br />5) Report 2010 Strategic Goals and Work Plan <br />Continued to a future Work session. <br />MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br />None <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />The Work Session of the City Council was adjourned at 6:57 p.m. <br />City Council Work Session / October 26, 2010 <br />Page2of3 <br />
