Council discussed the disparity issue. Deputy City Administrator Nelson noted another worksession would be scheduled to continue the disparity issue at the end of November. It was Council's consensus to move forward with the establishment of the TIF District. 2) Prima Water Park Concept Plan at 7550 Highway 10 NW Associate Planner Gladhill reviewed staff's report. The applicants presented the concept plan for a cable water sport system as well as answered various questions from Council including the number of people being towed It was Council's consensus that they liked the concept and believed it would be a big draw into the City. 3) Consider Establishing a Ramsey Rail Station Committee City Administrator Ulrich reviewed staff's report. Councilmember Wise stated he was not in favor of establishing a Committee. There was a consensus to proceed with the Committee with Mayor Ramsey, Councilmember Elvig, and Councilmember Dehen. It as Council's consensus to use Get on Board at Ramsey Station. 4) Discuss Winter Recreation Opportunities for The Draw Parks Supervisor Riverblood reviewed staff's report. It was Council's consensus that they liked the concept for skating and requested staff to look at alternative temporary shelters. 5) Report 2010 Strategic Goals and Work Plan Continued to a future Work session.
