$2,000 to ensure the removal of said accessory structures. Said escrow or letter of credit <br />shall be released by the City to the Permittee upon removal of said structures. <br />7. That any repairs to fuel systems, electrical systems or repairs using open flame or welding <br />shall be prohibited in the Structure, with the exception of those activities required for <br />normal maintenance of the Structure. The Permittee shall secure a building permit for <br />any activity required for maintenance of the Structure. <br />8. That no combustible storage shall be allowed within the Structure, subject to the review <br />of the Fire Chief or his/her designee. <br />9. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this Permit. <br />10. That the City Administrator, or his/her designee, shall have the right to inspect the <br />Subject Property for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon <br />reasonable request. <br />11.
