The Developers also agree to cost share in the <br />construct/on of the sanitary sewer lift station and forcemain. <br /> <br />Coats for the sanitary sewer lift station and fcrrcemain project design and stak/ng will be shared <br /> <br />Oakwood Land Development, Inc, <br />Total Freedom Corporation of Ramsey <br /> <br />b~cween the Developers based on the following schedule: <br /> <br /> 37.8% <br /> <br />Each Developer will be responsible for paying their share of the design and staking costs directly to . <br />Passe Engineering, Inc. processing agents for payments. <br /> <br />Oakwood Land Development, Inc. will take the lead role in managing the project and Passe <br /> an Owner's Representative at critical times, such a~ the <br />preconstmction meeting, or as needed in order for the project to proceed.
