Councilmember <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />I:~SOLLTTION #02-07- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTENG FI2NAL PLAT APPROVAL OF EVERGREEN POINT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on June 18, 2002, Edina Development, Inc., hereat%r referred to as <br />"Developer" properly applied for final plat approval of the following legally described property <br />located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />The West-half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 24, Township 32, Range, 25, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota lying Westerly to the centertine of State Trunk <br />Highway Number 47 as now laid out and traveled and Northerly of the South <br />413.75 feet of the West-half of the Northwest Quarter of said survey. <br /> <br />- or upon recording- <br /> <br />Lots 1-6, Block l; Lots 1-34, Block 2; Lots 1-18, Block 3; Outlot A; Evergreen Point, <br />Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the City Council apprOved the Preliminary Plat of Evergreen Point on <br />May 28, 2002. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCI]_, OF ~ CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MENNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Evergreen Point in <br />accordance with relevant City Codes, contingent upon compliance with City Staff Review <br />letter dated July 18, 2002 and the Developer entering into a Development Agreement with <br />the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this 23 rd day of July, 2002 <br /> <br />-113- <br /> <br /> <br />
