-116- <br /> <br />Council's approval of the preliminary plat was granted with certain contingencies that have been <br />addressed as follows: A-positive stormwater outlet is being provided to the east, will bi <br />constructed by Edina Development, and will be proportionately cost shared between the 3 <br />developments (Sunflower Ridge, Evergreen Point, Wildlife Sanctuary 2nd Addition.) With <br />respect to the requirement for a trunk sanitary sewer line or preservation of a I00 foot wide <br />corr/dor for same, the developers have chosen to install the trunk facility through Wildlife <br />Sanctuary. 2"d Addition and therefore this contingency has been addressed. Funding of the sewer <br />and water trunks, lift station and stormwater improvements have been addressed in the <br />development agreement for Council's review. Rezoning to single family urban residential was <br />approved on June 11. Verify Lot 10 is a buildable lot. Brian Olson has reviewed the plans and <br />determined that a building pad can be constructed on the Lot.
