Verification of specification numbers must be completed. <br /> <br />· On page 2500-6, temperature restriction for bituminous paving is 40° F and rising 50° F and <br /> falling. <br /> <br />On Page 2612-1, the last para~aph shall read: "When it becomes necessary for water to be <br />shut down, the City of Ramsey will operate any and all valves to complete the shutdown. <br />Opening or closing any valves will be done by a representative of the City of Ramsey.
