These costs would be eli~ble for trunk sewer and water credit. The remaining $48,024 <br />dollars would be due prior to recording of the final plat. The lift station cost will be shared <br />between this developer and the developers of Sunflower Ridge and Evergeen Point. Proof of <br />th/s shared financial transaction must be provided to the City in a form acceptable to the City <br />Finance Officer prior to the releasing of the final plat for recording. <br /> <br />The City Council wiI1 be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 23, 2002 at the Ramsey Fire <br />Station No. 2, 15050 Armstrong Blvd. NW, to review your final plat.
