WHEREAS, the Ramsey Plann/ng Comm/ssion recommended that the City Council <br />approve the preliminary plat for Wildlife Sanctuary 2"d Addition and Wildlife Sanctuary 3ra <br />Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approved the preliminary plat for Wildlife Sanctuary 2"d <br />Addition and Wildlife Sanctuary 3~d Addition on May 28, 2002; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Oakwood Land Development Inc. purchased the 7.5 acre parcel fi.om Total <br />Freedom Corporation of Ramsey and has submitted a final plat combining Wildlife Sanctuary 2nd <br />Addition and Wildlife Sanctuary 3a Addition into one plat to be named Wildlife Sanctuary 2"a. <br />Addition. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the kamsey City Council hereby gants final plat approval to Wildlife Sanctuary 2na <br /> Addition in accordance with relevant City Codes. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> ., and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />and the following abstained: <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this ~ day of~, 2002. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-0% <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br />-137- <br /> <br /> <br />
