The Developers also agree to cost share in the <br />construction of the sanitary sewer lift station and tbrcemain. <br /> <br />Coats for the sanitary sewer lift station and force, mm project design and ~mking will be shared <br /> <br />between the Developers based on the following schedule: <br /> <br /> 37.8% <br /> <br />Oakwood Land Development, Inc. <br />Total Freedom Corporation of Ramsey <br /> <br />Each Developer will be responsible for paying their share of the design md stak/ng costs directly to . <br />Passe Engineering, Inc. processing agents for payments. <br /> <br />Oakwood Land Development, Inc. will take the lead role in managing the projem and Passe <br /> Owner's Representative at critical times, such as the <br />preconstruction meeting, or as needed in order for the project to proceed.
