-154- <br /> <br />Principal City Engineer Brian Olson has reviewed the Final Grading Plans, Construction Plans, <br />and Specifications. The City Staff Review Letter dated July 18 itemizes the required <br />modifications and corrections have been recommended to the plans. <br /> <br />Council's approval of the preliminary plat was granted with certain contingencies that have been <br />addressed as follows: A positive stormwater outlet is being provided to the east, will be <br />constructed by Edina Development, and Will be proportionately cost shared between the 3 <br />developments (Sunflower Ridge, Evergreen Point, Wildlife Sanctuary 2''a Addition.) With <br />respect to the requirement for a trunk sanitary sewer line or preservation of a 100 foot wide <br />corridor for same, the developers have chosen to install the trunk facility through Wildlife <br />Sanctuary 2"a Addition and therefore this contingency has been addressed. Funding of the sewer <br />and water trunks, lift station and stormwater improvements have been addressed in the <br />development ageement for Council's review. Rezoning to medium density residential was <br />approved on June 11.
