Railing shall be required on the retaining wall as it exceeds the height allowed <br />without railing on Lots I4-22, Block 1. All dp-rap shall'be Class IH. The City standard <br />street section is 2-I/2" bituminous wear course. A detail of each house style must be <br />shown on the final grading plan as well as a table indicating house style, front/rear grade <br />slopes, street elevations, lowest floor elevations, garage floor elevations, lowest opening <br />elevation, and 100 year flood elevation. Areas with less than 2% grade will require a <br />certificate of Fading prior to certificate of occupancy.
