The construction of a trail parallel to Alpine Drive <br />N.W. is required along the entire south boundary of the plat. This trail construction is not <br />eligible for credit against trail fees due on the plat. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />Stormwater Management Fee: The construction of the storm sewer off-site improvements <br />for the area of Sunflower Ridge, Evergreen Point and Wildlife Sanctuary is estimated at <br />$175,200.00), $75,862.00 (43.3% of $175,200.00) of which is the responsibility of the <br />Sunflower Ridge. The City will allow the use of the $47,250.00 in stormwater <br />management fees due on the Plat for the required storm sewer improvements. The <br />Developer is also responsible for the costs in excess of the amount owed ($28,612.00) for <br />stormwater management improvements. <br /> <br />Other Permits: The developer is responsible for obtaining any permits required from <br />other regulatory agencies. <br /> <br />The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 23, 2002, at Ramsey Fire Station <br />#2, to conduct a public hearing regarding the proposed final plat. A copy of the case cover sheet <br />and proposed development agreement is enclosed for your information. ~ suggest that you, or <br />your representative, be present at the meeting to answer any questions that may arise.
