-232- <br /> <br />Sketch Plan Review: Kociscak Minor Subdivision <br />July 18, 2O02 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br />Sewer and Water Trunk Charges: Given the fact the minor subdivision is only being done to <br />assemble the land for a future townhouse subdivision, the City is deferring payment of' sewer and <br />water trunk fees ($I,814.00 per unit) until the land is resubdivided. <br /> <br />Stormwater Trunk Charge: Given the fact the minor subdivision is only being done to assemble <br />the land for a future townhouse subdivision, the City is deferring payment of the stormwater mink <br />charge sewer and water trunk fees ($375.00 per unit) until the land is resubdivided. <br /> <br />Future Subdivision: As mentioned above, the minor subdivision is being proposed in order to <br />separate land from the Menkveld Trust for a future townhouse subdivision. The future subdivision <br />of this land will be required to go through the normal subdivision' process outlined in City Code and <br />pay all required fees. <br /> <br />The City Council will be meeting 'at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 23, 2002, at the Rarnsey <br />Municipal Center, I5153 Nowthen Blvd. NW, to consider your request for final plat approval. I <br />suggest that you, or your representative, be present at the meeting to answer any questions that <br />may arise.
