At the conclusion of our last conversation, you agreed to sell this .12 acre of <br />property to the City for $880.00. <br /> <br />As indicated, the purpose of this letter is to formalize this purchase offer. The purchase is <br />subject to approval by City Council and is predicated upon a clear tide to the property. Should <br />restrictions or encumbrances be discovered during the process leading up to the transfer of deed, <br />they will need to be resolved, or otherwise considered as part of the purchase. <br /> <br />The purchase price of $880.00 does not include the costs for preparation of a deed, and deed tax <br />due, both of which shall be at the expense of the City. <br /> <br />It is anticipated that City Council may authorize Staff to purchase Property ID 14-32-25-21-0001 <br />from you at their July 23rd, 2002 meeting. Your presence at th/s meeting is not necessary. A <br />purchase agreement for signing would be available within a few days following the meeting, <br />with the deed and $880 check available shortly there after. <br /> <br />Attached for your information is Anoka County Assessors valuation for this parcel.
