The deveiopers of <br />Sunflower Ridge and Wildlife Sanctuary have entered into an agreement with Edina Development <br />regarding cost sharing for the offsite stormwater extension. <br /> <br />The developer will be constructing a 8' bituminous trail along Alpine Dr. and Fluorine St. and a 5' <br />concrete sidewalk will be constructed along Germanium St. <br /> <br />The final plat submittal contains plans for the required sound wall along TH 47.
