-118- <br /> <br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #02-07-XXX <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AMENDING 2002 SCHEDULE OF RATES, FEES AND CHARGES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the current Schedule of Rates and Charges was adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council under Resolution #01-12-445 on December 18, 2001 and amended by the Ramsey City <br />Council under Resolution #02-05-121 on May 14, 2002 and Resolution #02-06-143 on June 11, <br />2002; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the City Council Meeting of July 9, 2002, staff recommended approval <br />of the amended Schedule of Rates, Fees, and Charges with the addition of the necessary fees <br />pertaining to Right-Of-Way Permit Fees. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the attached 2002 Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges is hereby amended to <br /> establish the necessary fees for Right-Of-Way Permits. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> and the following voted against: <br /> and the following abstained: <br /> and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 9th day of July, 2002. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Administrator <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> I <br /> I <br />'1 <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br /> <br />
