-24- <br /> <br />Principal Planner Trudgeon stated there will be no city sewer and water in this area in the near <br />future. He said plans do not show city sewer and water in the next 20 years. He explained the <br />City requires all lots to have easements, which is a standard requirement, <br /> <br />Mr. Longfield indicated there is an approximate 7-foot strip of woods that would be maintained <br />and could buffer their pole shed. <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Board Member Kociscak, to close dic hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
