Realty Community Development Director Frolik noted that Royal Oaks Realty has submitted a final plat for The Ponds Second Addition to develop seven single-family lots on 145th Court. The area to be developed as The Ponds Second Addition is shown as Outlot B of The Ponds final plat and has been referred to previously as the "peninsula." Staff recommends final plat approval of the Ponds Second Addition subject to the staff review letter dated June 21, 2002 and the developer entering into the development agreement as proposed.
