He stated they were talking about a <br />year and what they were required to do in regard to the preliminary plat. He stated the original <br />preliminary plat was not correct when submitted and was approved. He stated it was open for the <br />Council to decide at what Point they were considering the actual preliminary plat. He stated the <br />Council should move forward and not look back. <br /> <br />Mr. Mike Ingles, 5751 145~ Court, stated this would affect him the most. He stated he did not <br />understand the grading. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Frolik stated this was the original proposal and not what was <br />considered tonight.
