'~ <br /> <br />Case #7: Request for Site Plan RevieTM of T.J. & As~Eiates Printing; Case of Sharp <br /> and Associates, L.L.C. ~ <br /> <br />Community Development Director Frolik explained the City of Ramsey has received a request <br />for site plan review fi.om Sharp and Associates, L.L.C. for the development of T.J. & Associates <br />Printing. The parcel is generally located in the northwest comer of McKinley Street and Sunfish <br />Lake Boulevard, in the proposed plat of Sunfish Gateway. She stated the Planning Commission <br />reviewed the site plan on June 6, 2002. The Planning Commission recommended that Staff and <br />the Developer work together regarding Staff' recommendation to provide additional plantings <br />along the north and western boundary line of the subject property. The Applicant is proposing to <br />plant Boston Ivy along the fence that exists along the western boundary line. The topography <br />along the northern boundary line will not provide the best location for additional tree plantings. <br />The Applicant will be providing additional trees along the eastern boundary line of the plat as an <br /> <br />City Council/June 25, 2002 <br /> Page 21 of 33 <br /> <br />-67- <br /> <br /> <br />
