He stated it embarrassed <br />him that the Mayor represented the City sometimes the way he talked, to be honest. <br /> <br />Case#4: Request for Final Plat Approval of Alpine Meadows; Case of Eighty <br /> Seven LLC <br /> <br />Community Development Director Frolik explained that Eighty Seven LLC has applied for final <br />plat approval of a 42-unit townhome development on property located in the southWest quadrant <br />of T.H. g47 and I53~ Avenue N.W. The City Council approved the preliminary plat and site <br />plan at the May 14, 2002 m~.~e~g. Staff recommends final plat approval of Alpine Meadows <br />subject to compliance with:~the"~ity Staff review letter dated June 21, 2002 and the developer <br />entering into a development agreement 'with the City. Community Development Director Frolik <br />stated they received~b~'revised la~scape plan today that provided for 154 foot long, six foot <br />privacy fence for scr~'~ng purpleS;as ggreed tc~ at preliminary plat approval. <br /> <br />Councilmember Hendriksen ask:~:}::.i~ the ~60 foot long fence would be on the parcel and <br />maintained by Alpine. <br /> <br />Community Development Director Erolik stated it~;~outd be on the site and maintained by <br /> <br />Mr. Mark Strandlund stated the fence is on Al~i~n~d wou}gbe maintained by the association. ' <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Kurak, seconded By C.0;anm~emb~i~derson, to adopt Resolution <br />#06-02- granting final plat approval to Alpi:d~'~ea~iWs,.,....,.Co~'~ngent upon compliance with <br />the City Staff Review Letter dated June 21, 20021 and the d"~velopei~e~ering into a development <br />agreement with the City. <br /> .,~2'~ <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembe~;~Khrak and Anderson.
