Call out class of watermain. All Watermain shall be class 52. 3. Southeast invert of MH-36 shall I~e labeled as "DROP IE". Consider insulating the watermain on Xkimo Street NW at approximate station 34+75. Revise plan to p~,ovide t.5' clearance between storm sewer and watermain. o Verify clearance between waterr~ain and storm sewer structures. It appears that there may be conflicts on Xl~imo Street NW at approximate station 34+80. ~erify clearance on all structure's) We suggest eliminating the 45o bends shown in the sanitary sewer services for Lot 7, Block 4 and Lot 1, Block 3, and Lots 1 l, 13, 14 of Block 2. Sheet 7 is incorrectly labeled as[Yakima Court South. Revise to Yakima Court North. (Sheet 11 is also r~islabeled) The invert elevation of the stub tb the south of. MH-43 on sheet 7 appears to be incorrect. Please revise.
