Preliminary Plat approval was contingent upon the completion ora biological <br />survey to determine the existence of any Blanding's Turtles or their habitat on the development <br />property. The survey was conducted in April by Pro Source Technologies and the City received a <br />letter on May 8, 2002 stating that no habitat or actual Blanding's Turtles were found on the site. <br /> <br />The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 25, 2002, at the Ramsey Fire Station <br />II, 15050 Armstrong Blvd, N.W., to review the final plat. I suggest that you, or your representative, <br />be present at the meeting to answer any questions that may arise. A copy of the case cover sheet is <br />enclosed for your information.
