As part of the building permit submittal, the applicant will need to provide to the City <br />review and approval information that details which trees will be removed as part of the lot <br />development. <br /> <br />for their <br /> <br />Park Dedication and Trails: Park Dedication requirements will be satisfied with a cash payment of <br />$1 i, 900.00 (7 lots x $1700/unit). The Trail Dedication requirements will be satisfied with a cash <br />payment of $2,800 (7 lots x $400.00). Both cash payments are due to the City prior to the releasing <br />of the Final Plat by the City for recording. <br /> <br />9. Trunk Sewer and Water Fees: There is a sewer and water development fee of $12,698.00 (7 x <br /> $1,814.00/per unit) due and must be paid prior to releasing the final plat for recording. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Stormwater Management Fee: There is a stormwater management fee of $2,625.00 (7 lots x $375.00 <br />per un/t) that is due prior to releasing the final plat on recording. The stormwater management fee for <br />the lot of the future apar~ent building will be charged at time of site plan approval. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />Biolomcal Survey:. Preliminary Plat approval was contingent upon the completion ora biological <br />survey to determine the existence of any Blanding's Turtles or their habitat on the development <br />property. The survey was conducted in April by Pro Source Technologies and the City received a <br />letter on May 8, 2002 stating that no habitat or actual Blanding's Turtles were found on the site. <br /> <br />The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 25, 2002, at the Ramsey Fire Station <br />II, 15050 Armstrong Blvd, N.W., to review the final plat. I suggest that you, or your representative, <br />be present at the meeting to answer any questions that may arise. A copy of the case cover sheet is <br />enclosed for your information.
