The Park Commission also required that that the applicant dedicate through a separate <br />recordable document a twenty-foot trail easement parallel with State Hwy. 47. The exact location <br />and width of the trail shall be discussed with City Staff. Once the details are determined and prior <br />to recording of the access easement, you shall submit an access easement document in recordable <br />form for City review and approval. <br /> <br />Trunk Sewer and Water Fees: There is a sewer and water development fee of $76,188.00 (42 x <br />$1,814.00/per unit) due and must be paid prior to releasing the fina! plat for recording. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />SCormwater Management Fee: There is a stormwater management fee of $15,750 (42 lo~ x <br />$375.00 per unit) that is due prior to releasing the final plat on recording. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />Sound Mitigation: The final plat submittal shows the location of the proposed sound wall. Final <br />design and location of the sound wall is currently being discussed between you and the City. The <br />sound wall will be required to be constructed as part of the development. <br /> <br />12. <br /> <br />Sidewalks: You are showing a sidewalk on the east side of Flourine St. in compliance with City <br />Ordinances. <br /> <br />113. <br /> <br />Other Permits: The developer is responsible for obtaining any permits required from other <br />regulatory agencies. <br /> <br />The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 25, 2002, at Ramsey Fire Station #2, to <br />review your final plat. A copy of the case cover sheet is enclosed for your information. I suggest that you, <br />or your representative, be present at the meeting to answer any questions that may arise.
