This development will require a permit from the Lower Rum River Water Management Organization. Inspection Fees: The City has established an inspection fee to cover the costs incurred by the City related to the installation of required improvements. The developer wilI be required to make a cash deposit into the appropriate escrow account at the City and the City shall have the authority to draw upon these funds for the purpose of compensating for inspection services. The amount of the deposit shall be equal to five percent (5%) of the estimated cost of the Required Improvements or Five Hundred dollars ($500) ($10,000 x 5%). Upon completion of the Improvements to the satisfaction of the City, any surplus balance remaining in the City's escrow account shall be refunded to the DEVELOPER. Storm Water Management Fee: The City will use Tax Increment Financing to cover the cost of the development's Storm Water Management Fee Sewer and Water Trunk and Lateral Fees: The City will use Tax Increment Financing to cover the cost of the development's sewer and water trunk and lateral fees. REU Number: The REU number is used to determine the amount of change the property will need to pay to the storm water utility system. It is based upon the percent of impervious area of the development. The developer will need to provide this information to determine the REU number. The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 25, 2002, at Ramsey Fire Station No. 2, to review the proposed site plan.
