That this variance shall become null and void if it is not initiated within 12 months of the date of approval. The Permittee may petition for an extension of time in which to complete the variance. Such extension shall be requested in writing and filed with the City at least 30 days before the expiration of the original variance. 5. That the Permittees shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction of the accessory structure. That the accessory structure shall be used for storage of equipment and vehicles in accordance with City Code and no business activity shall be permitted within said structure, unless it is done in accordance with City Code. 7. That the Permittees and/or property owners shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering .and enforcing this variance.
