That this variance shall become null and void if it is not initiated within 12 months of the <br />date of approval. The Permittee may petition for an extension of time in which to complete <br />the variance. Such extension shall be requested in writing and filed with the City at least 30 <br />days before the expiration of the original variance. <br /> <br />5. That the Permittees shall obtain all necessary permits prior to commencing any construction <br /> of the accessory structure. <br /> <br />That the accessory structure shall be used for storage of equipment and vehicles in <br />accordance with City Code and no business activity shall be permitted within said structure, <br />unless it is done in accordance with City Code. <br /> <br />7.
