-308- <br /> <br />City Engineer 3'ankowsM responded that the drainage runs fi.om west to east away fi.om <br />neighboring properties. <br /> <br />Commissioner Holland stated that he would prefer a time I/mit of less than three years, which he <br />believes,to be a long time for a truck hauling project. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer stated that the work from start to finish would take approx/rnately 100 <br />days or 20 weeks. He suggested issuing an interim use permit to give Mr. Thompson 60 weeks to <br />complete excavation. <br /> <br />Nh-. Thompson stated that he would propose to limit the contractor to two years. <br /> <br />One resident suggested that the t511 be required to be removed before the state starts repav/ng <br />T.Ft. 47. <br /> <br />Chairperson Eawden responded that there is no guarantee when the state w/ii repave T.~I. 47. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer added that the state has delayed the project twice. <br /> <br />City Engineer lankowski stated that the state has funded the repaying ofT.ii. 47 for I999. I-Ie <br />agreed that there is no ,.guarantee, but he believes the work will be done at that time. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer, seconded by Commissioner Holland to acce0t Nos. 1 through <br />8 of the Findings of Fact, as presented. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawderk Commissioners Deemer, Holland, J'ensen, <br />LaDue, Terry, and Thorud. Voting no: None. Absent: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer, seconded by Commissioner Terry to accept Finding No. 9 with <br />the word change of "along" instead 0f the word "around." <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawderk Commissioners Deemer, Terry, Jenson, <br />Holland, La.Due, and Thorud. Voting no': None. Absent: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Jenson to amend Finding No.. 10 as <br />follows: <br /> <br />"That the grading operation will increase the trat55c to and from the subject <br />properW for the per/od of time that the Conditional Use Permit is granted." <br /> <br />Motion canaled. Voting Yes: ChairPerson Bawderk Commissioners Holland, lensen, Deemer, <br />LaDue, Terry, and Thorud. Voting no: None.
