No. 18, stipulating a t/me limit <br />for the permit of two years. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner LaDue, seconded by Commissioner Holland to approve the amendment <br />to the Findings of Fact. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Absent: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Deemer to change Condition No. 1 for the permit to expire in two years <br />rather than three years, so that once the digging begins, two years will be allowed to move the <br />dirt. There was no second, and Commissioner Deemer withdrew the motion. <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Holland, seconded by Commissioner Jensen to amend Condition No. 1 <br />for the permit to "...expire two years fi-om the commencement of' operations but the t/me period <br />fi-om date of issuance through operations shall not exceed three years." <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Bawderh Commissioners Holland, Jensen, Deemer, <br />La_Due, Terry, and Thorud. Voting no: None. Absent: None. <br /> <br />Commissioner Deemer stated that he would 1/ke to see flag people at the intersection of County <br />Road 63 'and Highway 47 to direct tra~c when trucks ~e moving through the intersection. <br /> <br />City Engineer 1ankowsk. i stated that it is possible to direct traffic, but it would add to the City's <br />liability to enforce a requirement=that is not trade?
