Motion by Coun¢ilmember Kurak, seconded by Council_member Anderson, to adopt Ordinance #02-19 to rezone the proposed plat of Wildlife Sanctuary 2nd Addition from R-IR Single Family Rural to R-1U Single Family Urban -38- A roll call vote was performed by the Recording Secretary: Councilmember Zimmerman aye Councilmember Kurak aye Councilmember Anderson aye Councilmember Hendriksen aye Mayor Gamec aye Motion carried. Case #7: Adopt Ordinance to Rezone the Proposed Plat of Wildlife Sanctuary 3ra Addition from R~IR Single Family Rural to R-1U Single Family Urban Residential; Case of Kelsey Gustafson. Community Development Director Frolik indicated that on May 28, 2002, the City Council adopted Findings of Fact and introduced an ordinance to rezone the proposed plat of Wildlife Sanctuary 3rd Addition from R-IR Single Family Rural to R-iU Single Family Urban Residential. In accordance with the City Charter, the rezoning ordinance is now eligible for adoption. Motion by Councilmember Kurak, seconded by Councilmember Anderson, to adopt Ordinance #02-20 to rezone the proposed plat of Wildlife Sanctuary 3ra Addition from R-IR Single Family Rural to R-1U Single Family Urban. Case #8: Award Bids for 2002 Street Maintenance Program City Engineer Jankowski reported that on May t4, 2002, the City Council authorized the 2002 Street Maintenance Program.
