11. Require and enforce high design and maintenance standards for all residential <br />development. <br />12. Require the maintenance of existing and future housing through enforcement of the <br />housing maintenance code. <br />13. Facilitate and promote housing rehab and renovation programs through partnerships <br />with HUD, Fannie Mae, local banks, MHFA, Metro Council, ACCAP, Anoka <br />County HRA and other non - profit or private organizations. <br />14.
