24. That the proposal will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for public facilities <br />and services, and it will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the community. <br />25. That the proposal will not involve activities and uses that will be detrimental to any persons, <br />property, or the general welfare by reason of excessive production of glare. <br />26. That the proposed signage will require approval by Minnesota Department of Transportation because <br />it will be an off - premise sign along a state highway. <br />27. That the proposed sign is part of the original signage and vision of The COR. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Mayor Ramsey, and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Mayor Ramsey <br />Councilmember McGlone <br />Councilmember Dehen <br />Councilmember Look <br />Councilmember Wise <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />and the following abstained: <br />None <br />and the following were absent: <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the <br />28 day of September, 2010. <br />lam' <br />Mayor <br />RESOLUTION #10 -09 -223 <br />Page 3 of 3 <br />
