Ulrich <br />Deputy City Administrator/Dir of Comm Dev Heidi Nelson <br />Director of Public Works Brian Olson <br />City Engineer Tim Himmer <br />Planning Manager Amber Miller <br />Associate Planner Tim Gladhill <br />Parks Supervisor Mark Riverblood <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Ramsey called the City Council work session to order at 6:04 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />There was none. <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />Consensus was to approve the agenda as submitted. <br />TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br />1) Review Concept for Utilizing Former Oasis Market Site for Community Fund <br />Raising Operation <br />City Administrator Ulrich stated that a concept for utilizing City -owned property has been <br />brought to the table.
