They include: <br /> <br />Language to allow the City to require additional parking from townhome developments as <br />determined necessa~ by the City in R-2 and R-3 distr/cts. The proposed language is found in the <br />parking section of each district and states: <br /> <br />"Additional spaces may be required by the City if determined necessary." <br /> <br />2. Language in the R-t district 9.20.11 Subd. 5(e)(6) is added to allow "wildflowers" as acceptable <br /> ground cover. <br /> <br />3. As was indicated by staff the R-2 intent statement includes language in the last sentence All "new" <br /> properties "created through the subdivision process and" <br /> <br />4.
