Fence framing must face inward on the fence owner's lot. <br /> <br />4. Fencing must be located 100% on the fence owner's lot. <br /> <br />Garbage Receptacle Storage. <br /> <br />1. Outdoor garbage receptacles serving multi-family units must be in <br /> either the rear or side yard and must be screened from public view and <br /> adjacent lots. <br /> <br />Lot Landscaping. <br /> <br />1. Minimum Landscaping Requirements.
