CONSIDER ADOPTION OF SALE OF FIREWORKS <br />ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS <br /> By: James E. Norman, City Administrator <br /> <br />Background: <br /> <br />The 2002 State Legislator made changes to Minnesota Statutes 624.20 which now allows for the <br />public sale for a limited number of consumer fireworks. The fire department requested some <br />changes to the City Code of ordinances during a Council Meeting of May 28, 2002.
