B-I Bu~ess and B-2 <br />Business to R-3 Urban Residential, The rezoning will facilitate developmefif';i;~f the subject <br />property with multiple family dwelling units not to exceed a density of.7}~i~s per acre. The <br />2001 Comprehensive Plan designates the property for development wiflS~Ib~i:!Sensity residential <br />uses. The City Council recently approved an amendment to the 20:O:':.l'";~Com~m~ensive Plan to <br />reclassify the property for development with medium density mdd'~ntial uses.'~On~.~April 12, <br />2002, the City received notification from Metropolitan Courtc)~t.~t the land use 'Ch~ge from <br />low to medium density residential was approved. The a.'~-ji:~nt is requesting <br />rezone the property to R-3 Urban Residential in accordahfi~::With the pTp~roved Compreh~fi~ve <br />Plan Amendment.
