In the previous <br />case, a public hearing was held to rezone th¢~property to R-i Residential and to permit <br />development of the property at a net derfsX~;'.~ot2:::~go exceed 7 ~r acre. The sketch plan <br />proposed 131 units; the preliminary plat is p~p~6§ ~,~ts, ~¢~tes to a net density of <br />6 9 umts per acre when the wetlands are f~'~ored o~?!:i in "~¢'~ordance with the new <br /> · . . . The <br />developer has reworked ~e ,p~1i;e~:'~6~,;~7¢vate driveway collectors, and reoriented <br />buildings so t_h.~t now 79'~;~f~e~i~'6 driveways ~i~il access onto private collectors. A preliminary <br />grading anff~i,~ige plan h.~i;'?.~en provided.
