Norman <br />Assistant City Administrator Heidi Nelson <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Director of Public Works/Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Parks/Utilities Supervisor Mark Boos <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Councihnember Anderson called the regular meeting of the Personnel Committee to order at <br />6:05 p.m. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Nolle. <br /> <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case #1: Authorize Hiring of Associate Planner <br /> <br />Assistant City Administrator Nelson stated that in the 2002 budget, Council approved an <br />Associate Planner position for the Community Development Department. The position was <br />advertised internally and Megan Wald, Community Development Assistant applied for the <br />position. Ms. Wald's resume was reviewed and an interview was conducted by a panel <br />consisting of the Community Development Director, Principal Planner, and the Assistant City <br />Administrator. Staff recommended appointing Megan Wald to the position of Associate Planner <br />effective March 13, 2002, at an annual salary of $41,095 and authorize staff to begin the <br />recruitment process for the Community Development Assistant position. <br /> <br />Personnel Committee/March 12, 2002 <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br /> <br />-61- <br /> <br /> <br />
