Councilmember Hendriksen stated that for the $10,000 that is being proposed in counter renovation they could construct the counter across the entire corridor and add a significant amount of work space. City Administrator Norman stated that if the Council wanted to bring that proposal back staff would do so. Councilmember Kurak stated that she was against delaying the project again especially if the project does not preclude what Mr. Hendriksen suggested.
