Stormwater Management: The City has established a storm water management fee that <br /> must be paid prior to release of the final plat for recording. The rate is $375.00 per lot and <br /> the existing homestead is exempt from this fee. <br /> <br />13. Trunk Sewer and Water Fees: A trunk charge for sewer and water is required to be paid <br /> prior to the release of the final plat for recording. The rate is $562.00 for trunk sewer and <br /> $1,252.00 for trunk water. <br /> <br />I4. Other Regulatory Permits: The developer is responsible for obtaining all permits required <br /> from any other regulatory agencies. <br /> <br />The City Council will be meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 12, 2002, at the Ramsey Fire <br />Station No. 2, 15050 Armstrong Blvd. N.W., to consider your request for f'mal plat approval. A <br />copy of the case cover sheet and proposed development agreement is enclosed. I suggest that <br />you, or your representative, be present at this meeting to answer any questions that may arise.
