WHEREAS, at the public hearing held on this comprehensive plan amendment <br />request on January 24, 2002, no facts or other information was presented which would give a <br />reasonable basis upon which to change the Comprehensive Plan approved on December 18, 2001 <br />regarding the Subject Property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, (left blank for any additional findings drafted at the Council meeting). <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE-CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />That based on the above stated findings of fact, the Ramsey City Council hereby den/es the <br />request to change the land use designation of the Subject Property from Low and Medium <br />Density Urban Residential to Mixed Use. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember · , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the ~ day of ,2002. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #02-03- <br /> Page 2 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
